RETURN POLICY:
To receive credit for returned merchandise, a return authorization number must be issued prior to returning. All merchandise returned for customer convenience is subject to a 10% restocking fee plus shipping. We also can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your credit card statement.

PRIVACY POLICY:
We are committed to ensuring your privacy. We keep the information that you give us during the ordering process private and confidential. We will never rent or share your e-mail address, name, phone number or any other identifying information with anyone else.

TO CHECK ON ORDER STATUS:
We will try to ship within 48 hours of receiving your order and processing your credit card. When your merchandise is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number directly from UPS. Please call UPS at 1-800-pickups or visit http://www.ups.com to check on the status of your purchase. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before tracking information appears on their web site. If for any reason your order is delayed by us (such as back order), we will contact you ASAP. We will not process your credit card until item is ready to ship.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
Please e-mail us at (general email address) to change or cancel an order. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your request. We only refund shipping charges if the item sent is defective or the incorrect color.
